Property Evaluation is an important part of every real estate transaction:
- Sellers need to know what the market is willing to pay for their property, so they can make intelligent decisions.
- Buyers want to be sure they are not paying to much.
- Mortgage companies need to make sure the property's value will cover the loan, should there be a default.
- Attorneys settling Estates, Divorces, or Law Suites need to have an appraisal to establish their claim . . . and sometime need the appraiser to testify as an Expert Witness in Court.
